Common questions.

Can I switch plans mid-cycle?

Yes — upgrades apply immediately and we prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal so you don't lose credits you've already paid for.

What happens when I run out of credits?

You can still log in, view your library, and use read-only features. New analyses are blocked until the next reset or an upgrade. No surprise overage charges.

Is there an API?

Pro and Enterprise include API access. Default rate limit is 60 req/min per key — Enterprise has custom limits. Public IntelHarvest reports are accessible via /api/v1/intel without authentication.

Do you store my uploaded PDFs?

No. Uploads are processed in-memory and deleted within 60 seconds of analysis. Only the extracted report (TTPs, IOCs, actors, summary) is retained — and you control whether it's public or private.
